This is the third and final Banandium Gem available inside the Big-Wheel Balloon Hunt for Canyon Layer Challenge Course 3. To reach it, hold onto the side of the wheel and wait until it brings you halfway up on the right side. Once you have all five balloons, the Banandium Gem appears at the entrance. You can get to the balloon inside the metal bars by smashing through the outside of the wheel and walking through Bonanza City it.
